Preordered a handbag on their website and after a order confirmation email, I get an "unable to fulfill order" email one month later. It's a preorder. You don't leave it on the website if you have reached your preorder shipment capacity. Way to let customers down rather than honor your preorder commitment.
Zero stars. Everything here is from China. If I could post a picture of the ring I bought my wife that fell apart in the rain I would.

Very friendly staff in the Men's store. I am absolutely pleased to have walked into Bergdorf on a Monday afternoon and purchase two sets of men's cologne. The men's cologne section really caught my eye and I knew I needed to add some more cologne to my collection. As soon I as I walked in I was greeted by their staff and asked if I needed help. I prefer to try and smell cologne on my own, so I proceeded to sample some. When I found the cologne I liked, I asked for assistance and in no time they helped me with what I wanted.
Fabulous as always Has always been a classy fun place to go aside from Chanel and Bloomingdales of course
