Best customer service from Ms. Fatima (Dior fragrances), Mr. Thomas (Roja) and an other sales associate (forgot the name sorry) from Armani private collection perfumes. He also gave me advice on my trip to Puerto Rico where he's from! Thank you! You made my day! I will visit again as soon as possible.
I have shopped at Bergdorf Goodman & Neiman Marcus for many years, but I will not be shopping at either again. I received zero customer service with a recent shipping issue with BG, which is completely unexpected and unacceptable. Awful, awful experience.
I have never been treated so poorly as I was in bergdorf. The woman handing out perfume samples on floor one looked me up and down I told me I would want perfume to have a a souvenir. She was very condescending. I used to live in New York, so no, I don't need a souvenir. People should want to come and enjoy this beautiful store, but I have no desire to visit your store because of your awful employee.
i want give negative scores, but they don't have that. the worst customer service i have ever had. i ordered a serum for 5.8 oz online and received a 2.5 oz instead. when i contact the customer service, they said it is an error. i don't know why they put an item they do not have on the website for at least one week through a sale promotion week. it is deceive!! do not talk with the customer service, they only know how to say sorry and never solve questions. i am so disappointed about the way they solve problems.
