This was my first visit to Dr. Fiss and after allowing the busyness of life get the best of me, got my appointment time mixed up. After receiving a reminder courtesy call from a staff member, I panicked assuming I would have to reschedule and I was already 1 year overdue for a cleaning. Recently, I decided to have my old veneers replaced. This was a big decision, but after 2 years with Dr Fiss, I knew I was in great hands! His professional experience, guidance and attention to detail provided a huge level of confidence in this investment. After the entire process has been completed, I still cannot stop smiling. I feel more confident in my profession and I am personally thrilled.
I have been a patient for several years now. I believe Dr. Fiss and staff are the very best. I am extremely happy with every procedure Dr Fiss has performed. The staff is very knowledgeable and pay close attention to detail. I am usually nervous for appointments, but the staff and Dr Fiss put me at ease by talking me though each step and making sure I am comfortable at all times. I will be a patient for many years to come.
Dr Fiss is a fantastic dentist. I went in to his office for a veneer consult. My teeth where not aligned properly and due to an accident I had a chipped front tooth. On my first visit I felt completely comfortable in the office and the staff where very welcoming and professional. The facility is modern, serene and has a relaxed spa-like quality to it. I would highly recommend dr. fiss and his team he is highly experienced and it shows. yes he is direct and to the point but he wants nothing but the best for his patients. I was referred to the office by co worker's and so very glad I am a patient of this office. the care is exceptional.
My parents, brother, sister, and other relatives and friends have been patients of Dr. Fiss for basically our entire lives. I have been coming to him for my entire life, for everything from standard teeth cleaning to dental caps/crowns for trauma I had experienced in my front teeth (the most visible and delicate teeth to fix!)...and Dr. Fiss and his staff have executed perfectly on every front. I've been a patient of Dr. Fiss' for nearly 10 years and couldn't be more pleased with the level of service his office has provided. He, the hygienists, and especially his office manager, Jodi are all friendly, caring, and professional. The office itself is well-located on Michigan Ave and their Saturday appointments make it easy for professionals who work in the loop to make visits. Dr. Fiss is unbelievable. Everyone from his clinical assistants to his wonderful secretary and office manager are concerned with one thing: patient care.
