The Belterra Casino Resort is by far the best hotel I've stayed in in a very long time. The rooms are beautiful with TVs in the bathroom! Great restaurants, shops and I won in the casino. Can't wait to come back!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! BEWARE...what they charge your card for your room is entirely different from the price quoted for room on phone. Then we were told there was $50 deposit per night for room, they charged that as well so we didn't question difference in price assuming it was different because of deposit. We called four different times to find out when the deposit would be back on card and after being told 2-3 days, then 5-6 days then 7-10 and finally told bank must have our check FINALLY now (9days later) we are being told... read more

This is my third time here. Love the Shawn Klush concert. We drive 6+ hours to see him. The hotel was so nice. Comfortable beds. Housekeeping staff was no nice and very helpful. Good experience. Only bad thing was that we lost lots of cash in the slots. They didn't seem to be paying out at all. Loosen up them slots and the place would be perfect.

We love visiting here! Weekends here are our favorite getaways! The rooms are beautiful, the food is AMAZING and we never leave disappointed (except that the trip is over ;) )

I made a reservation for two nights which included my wife's Birthday July 17. I spoke with someone a week or so in advance and asked if we could surprise her with a bottle of Champagne. We spoke of an option or two and I expressed an attempt at a low cost option. She said it would be waiting in the room and she was arranging a nicer room and might even be able to Comp the Champagne.
