The rooms were clean and great but our refrigerator was broken. We brought things that needed refrigeration causing this a hassle for us. Obviously they had to know if was in need of repair. We enjoyed our stay and would come again anytime we could.

It was a great evening... It was my first time and it was a complete different experience than what I thought it was going to be. I highly recommend going if you have never been! Great food, adult beverages, fun filled environment. Really laid back. The staff was great and very helpful. I will definitely be going back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here, room was clean, quiet, and staff were all very courteous. It's like a city in one location, restaraunt, shops, spa, pool, and I might add prices were good and food was great . We will be going again!🙌

First time going to Belterra casino, a lot of smoke but that is normal for casinos. Didn’t do very well which was a lot of comments I received from my friends. Non smoking area is very small.

While I did not stay at Belterra, I went to attend a concert Saturday night. I had not attended a concert there and was very pleasantly surprised. The seating arrangement was spectacular, the acoustics were fantastic and it was an all around amazing experience. I look forward to my next concert there. Definitely a great venue.

I love the room but the smoking in the casino bothered me. Didn't spend no more than a few mins then had to go to the hotel room.

I always have a wonderful experiences at Belterra and have had since its opening many years ago. I value every visit I make there. Hotel staff are amazingly accomodating, exceptionally so in the casino. I have visited casinos nationwide and a few internationally and Belterra continues to be the best experience hands down.
