I could not enjoy the casino because the smoking was so horrible. I literally spent $3.00 in the casino and went back to my room for the night. I was so disappointed. Next time by business will go to Columbus, OH where I can enjoy a smoke free environment. The "smoke free" area of this casino smells just like the smoking area. This was my first experience at Belterra and it will be my last. A total waste of money for what we paid for our room. So disappointing...
My boyfriend and I spent our 2 year Anniversary here. We stayed in one of the suites & couldn’t have been happier!! The room was beautiful! Also, one of the girls at the front desk helped my boyfriend out by having a vase full of roses waiting in the room when we arrived! We had a delicious dinner at 19 Steaks & Seafood, then finished the night with some gambling. This was our second visit and we look forward to coming back!
This was my first time at Belterra. The place is beautiful. Rooms are really nice. The food and service at 19 Steak house was amazing. I even won a few dollars. Definitely will be coming back.

Great time! Seating set up was great for the concert. Good view from any angle. Nice, clean rooms. Nice and pleasant staff. Fun place and nice getaway! Will be back!
The steak house Manager Michael went above and beyond when a rude bread boy insulted my wife, he took care of things immediately and had no further issues. There was a few minor issues in the room and the female at checkout was very responsive to the problems. We left behind our cash, like usual lol but between the Dwight concert and the get away, it was a good time.
The most amazing and friendly people ever. Beautiful accommodations and excellent steakhouse and beautiful casino. And so many interesting things to do and see 🎲🎲🎲 loved the JB Bean bourbon 🥃 Tour totally amazing
