Been coming here for a two or three night get away every year. Room was clean. The Buffet was closed for lunch and dinner Mondays & Tuesdays, which surprised us! Burgers at the Stadium Bar were good. Shout out to Christian! Kid had a memory like a computer and was very fast and efficient. Was going to mention him to a supervisor but couldn't see one. Christian was the best! Casino- very clean. It was great place.. great place to have anniversary at.. food and service was great.. I would come back again.. very clean too..

Our room was great, the buffet was very good. So many healthy choices. I don't like the smoke in the casino but other than that our stay was very good. Will be back very soon

The hotel is so pretty. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was grand. Beautiful views out the windows of the Ohio river.

The Nosh was awesome great coffee and deserts , the hotel was nice, but are room was not properly cleaned , bed sheets was not fresh and had stains on them and floor was not vacuumed good and a few cob webs on ceiling and the air vents were dusty very dusty, really enjoyed the get away,oh and the landscape could be better cared for , hope they get the staff they need to make it the way it could be ,hope are next stay is a little nicer , thanks Belterra for a nice time really enjoyed it .

We originally planned our trip to Belterra just for a concert but it ended up being so much more! The casino was clean well maintained and a lot of fun! We lost some & won some :) The concert venue was on the smaller side which was great because we were so close to the artist! The room was Fantastic! It was tastefully decorated, clean & the bed was incredibly comfortable! Which I need to call and find out what kind of bed & pillows are used because I see bed shopping in our near future. We will definitely be back again & hop... read more
