We had a lot of fun. It was our first visit to Belterra. It was a nice change of pace from a Hollywood which is where we normally go. We will be back for sure.

From the reviews I've been reading, I'm not the only one that thinks the Belterra is slipping. We always enjoy the pool but this trip we found it dirty. The water was cloudy with debris and the pool needed a good scrubbing. The sides and corners were nasty looking. The spa was out of order, and from other comments has been for awhile. My husband ordered a cheeseburger (poolside) and that is exactly what he got, for $8.49 you would think it would come with fries or at least some potato chips. We had a very good experience at Belterra Casino Resort. We have been there many times. Belterra is our favorite place to go for our gambling experiences! We like our Hostess, she goes the distant to help us with reservations. She is also friendly and she makes sure of our needs when we are there.

Smokeless area has more smoke than any of the smoker areas.

We always have an excellent time when we visit! The staff at both the Hotel and the Casino are very friendly as well as helpful!

We went there to celebrate my birthday our room was very nice the pool area could use some sprucing up the hot tub was broken and It just look generally dirty and it would've been nice if the tiki bars would've been opened and they had a girl going around taking drink orders which was doing a very poor job at doing that she spent more time inside talking to the other bartender then doing her job later that evening we went to the restaurant 21 which we were very excited to go we arrive 10 minutes early and we were told it wou... read more
