After my experience, I will never return. My friends and I went into your casino for the first time ever and for some reason were denied drinks at the bar for no reason at all. The bartender proceeded to call a "manager" into the situation only for the manager to patronize us and ask us to leave. You can imagine how perplexed, frustrated and frankly how embarrassed we were since many others were having no problems getting drinks from the same bartender. I left the casino after being told at around 1am at the casino bar that I couldn't be served alcohol because I was associated with the wedding party. My friends and I just arrived and were not intoxicated. Nevertheless, we were told by a manager that she would stand by the opinion of her bartender. I feel like there must have been some sort of confusion because we were very clearly not intoxicated and calmly asked for drinks. What happened is almost comical. PLEASE LOOK IT UP ON CAMERA! We stayed last night for my birthday and we absolutely loved our room. The hotel staff was welcoming and sweet. The casino staff was on top of everything. And the Stadium bartenders were top notch. We will definitely be back. ETA My only complaint is the Stadium bar closed before 3am. We saw on the website and the plaque at the door that it was open til 3. I understand I may have been dead but we were hoping to spend the rest of our night there after gambling a little.

Stayed this weekend with family. Very clean and friendly staff. Loved that they have wheelchairs and scooters for those in need. Really helped with my mom who has bad knees and can't walk far. This helped so much! Will definitely be coming back. Also the breakfast buffet was delicious (and reasonable).

The place was great the staff was great I ate at the bar the food was good the vodka and tonic was made well the room was super nice I went to the spa that was clean and neat .... so much better then raising star casino ... by pass raising star and go to belterra it's way better

Stayed in Deluxe King room. Very clean, jetted bathtub was awesome! Comfortable bed and lots of different foods to choose from right on site! Didn't get to use pool, but everything was great! Very friendly and helpful staff too!
