Just returned from a lovely weekend trip! Our room was wonderful...very comfortable bed and pillows....spotless! The entire hotel was absolutely beautiful! The buffet was incredible! I have never seen so many options on a buffet and the scenery we enjoyed while dining was gorgeous! All the servers, Bell hops, and valet workers and retail shop employees were kind and helpful. There are not enough words to express what a wonderful and relaxing get away we experienced. I certainly look forward to returning!

We had 2 rooms and both were clean and nice. A little smoky in casino, but aren't all casinos smoky? My Mom won on the slot machines so it was a prosperous overnight stay!!! The spa was fabulous and I was extremely relaxed after my massage :-) Thanks Belterra Casino!!!

I was just at the buffet, but every area we saw was immaculately clean. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Walking in we passed several restaurants that I will have to try at a later date.

I am there almost every weekend. The staff is very friendly, the food is good , they are always updating their slots ! The hotel is very nice , the concerts are good , and I love that the casino and hotel are smoking facilities! The only reason I didn't say a 5 star , is that the comps could be better , especially for the frequent guest.

The staff is super friendly but the poker room is rarely open when I'm there. It's way too smokey and there are no tvs on. Patrons are super down to earth, though, and will work with inexperienced players. Food is always good but cocktail waitresses are scarce.

Great hotel... but I always make the trip to play golf. I live just over 2.5 hours away and I travel to Belterra for a day just to play golf. I first played there in 2016 during the PGA Indiana Southern Open, and I have gone back 3-4 times a year. The course is beautiful, yet challenging as well.. My best scores is a 74 from the tips. Just me, with the customer service, amazing golf and hotel staff, it's worth the trip! Enjoy!

Excellent service by Darwin (bell hop); price for scooter exceeded all other casinos.
