We only went for the buffet this time, brought my 16 yr old son for his first time to the buffet. We really enjoyed it! Hope to do it again in a couple weeks and try the casino out

I had a reservation for 3 nights, 2 comped, 1 we paid for, reservations were all separate, not sure why. We had an issue wirh our bank, bill money pulled out not authorized, so we had to talk to Casino host on second day, he wasnt very friendly though said we could put down cash deposit for second night, we had to cancel third night. He said it's $50 anight no matter how reserved. Stayed there last night and had a great experience. Rooms were great, buffets were great. Only complaint was, takes forever tracking a slot attendant down when your machine has issues! Finally had to ask a girl that was cleaning to help me.

The people were very nice, however unfortunately my hotel experience was terrible. There was mold growing along the windowsill in my room, I took pictures of it. Not just a little bit of mold, a whole lot of it. I asked to be moved to a different room. They moved me, I dropped my bag and went to the spa, dinner and the casino. When I got back to my new room I found that the shower curtain in the new room was moldy, visibly moldy. There was also a cigarette burn on the bedspread and stains on the sheets. We stayed there recently overnight and we were very pleased with the staff, our hotel room and the breakfast buffet. The only negatives that I have to say is, it would be nice if you had fresh brewed iced tea rather than the yucky fountain iced tea and the buffet was open for dinner everyday. But overall we enjoyed our first time staying there.

I always enjoy going to Belterra and seeing a show and spending the night. Everything is so close together and you don't have to walk too far to go anywhere in the facility. There are usually some new machines to play but some of the old favorites are still there also. I just wish it were closer!

We come here for my Husbands birthday and our anniversary every year. We made reservations for a deluxe room and did not get one. We come here because we like the deluxe rooms. Next year we will just go to one of the 2 casinos we pass to come here since they dont give you what you reserve.

We went to the concert last night and we had a awesome time! The only thing that we didn't like was our food wasn't ! We ate at the Stadium my husband got the hot wings and they where cold :( I got the nachos and cheese wasn't all that hot! But it's ok! We really injoy coming over to belterra casino/ and all the concert as well!!
