Belterra Casino is my favorite and I would recommend it to anyone. Friendly staff, great restaurants, rooms are beautiful and the casino is awesome!
Had a great time. Good food and really nice rooms
We stayed 2 nights over New Years Eve to attend their 80's party and it was wonderful. We usually aren't in town during this time but we decided to give it a try. Everything was very well organized, the food was great, bands were amazing. A great way to celebrate the New Year.
So much fun! Good dining choices and nice shops. Only complaint this last visit is there weren't enough table games open!

No hot water in the room! They need to build a casino on land. Not very roomy on the boat especially the main floor.
We really enjoyed the hotel and casino. Great restaurants inside. My only complaint is we stayed in room 966 and the hot water wasn't hot at all. I nearly froze trying to take a shower! Other than the hot water (which is a big issue to me) everything else was great!
Just went again to that buffet Love Love Love it. Love the shops also
