Room was very nice...Food was great, but the casino, well you need to let people win, at least a little. Can't afford to go often because just give them our money, without any payoffs.😤😢

We have been going there several times a month and this last time was horrible! The line to get into the buffet was long which I didn't mind waiting for good food. But after we got seated I was highly disappointed. When you pay $35 a person for all you can eat crap legs you shouldn't have to wait for them to put some out. Not only was crap legs minimal but we was told they had no silverware to eat them with. We always look forward to going to Belterra to relax and have fun. All of the staff were nice and friendly to us. The food is very good and theirs always a great selection to choose from. We have stayed at the other Casinos overnight and perhaps in the near future I'll get enough points accumulated to write about staying overnight at Belterra.

We stayed one night and the room was clean and ready when we got there. The buffet line was ridiculously long and the selection leaves a lot to be desired. It's definitely not worth the money it costs. The only bright spot was the spa. Jacob was great. He was personable and very good at what he does.

I wasn't impressed at all with the service on this trip. The line to get in to the buffet was horrible last night and took us almost 45 minutes to get in with maybe 20 people in line as they were obviously understaffed. If you are going to put a hold on buffet entry, at least have the cashier explain that to the full line and frequently to avoid confusion. Was there yesterday for the day, hadn't been there in about 7 years, we got new my choice cards. Spend the day making donations in the mahines Just having fun. Went down the buffet around 4, stood in line and everyone had buy one get one coupon but us, which cost us $70 for the buffet, so, how do you get such coupon?

Had a wonderful time. Sports bar great except my to go salad - NO chicken! Show was fun but you packed us in like sardines! Room was great as always. Thanks
