Belterra has become my favorite choice of Indiana casinos. Staff is excellent. The few dislikes I have are buffet line is ridiculous. Should start an earlier seating or anything to expedite that line. The other is not all table games are open. Had 5 of us waiting to play paw gaw at 3pm on a Sunday. No Caribean Stud open either. They did grant the request and open Paw Gaw at 415. Kinda frustrating having to wait. As well I wish all Indiana casinos would go smoke free. However that won't happen until it's a state law. I haven't been to Belterra in 7-8 years until last night for the Bret Michaels concert. The male usher upstairs I think his name was Tony but not positive was so polite and out going! Bring back Bret Please!

Hotel room was super nice, 19 steak house was excellent(best surf and turf I've ever had), and my wife did great on the slots!! Had an awesome time

Im liking the concerts hve been to to tis far and plan on going to many more !! So much fun like to play the slits too !!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice. Service was good. Took awhile to get use to the new carps table. I didn't particularly like it, but I am old fashion. LOL

Pretty cool experience, the wife and myself had never been here before and wanted to get away for the weekend. Staff was friendly and the restaurants are convenient. A few things we didn't like: -Although some rooms are "smoke-free" you can still smell smoke and makes the rooms and hallways smell dingy. -There aren't any fans in the room bathrooms which is weird and doesn't help when you need to go #2....whole room gets it. Other than those few things, it was a pretty fun experience.

Hotel rooms were okay, food was nonminal at best. Services were very slow for most everything. Back stage crew and sound crew was awesome

The machines were tight. Tight.. Buffet was good.It is always clean. Rooms are nice.
