This was our first time here and we drove over two hours to spend the weekend. I wish there was better information on the website because we weren't able to get into the day spa which was the entire reason for our trip! We ended up only being at the casino for an hour or so both nights we stayed and found other things to do during the day. The building is clean and the people are friendly, but I'm overall disappointed with my experience.

All the employees from the bell hops, valet, desk, stores, buffet, maids/housekeeping, to the casino attendants were all so courteous and more than willing to please. The Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Buffet was tasty and deserves a thumbs up. Saw a show(Lorrie Morgan and Pam Tillis) was very impressed at the security for the way they handled a situation with 2 intoxicated adult females. I always have a spectacular stay. The shows are great the food is delicious and the rooms are very nice and clean. Excellent 🙂

Belterra is where me and my husband spends our wedding anniversary every year for the last 5 years. We do it as a special get away time for just us but still close to the family incase of emergency. I love the relaxation I get there unlike some of the other casinos. I love the SEAFOOD NIGHT unlike my husband he eats anything except seafood but goes along since it is my FAVORITE. Clean and friendly staff, they just need a few more people to get help from on the casino floor �also I love that you can smoke there everywhere else discriminates against us.
