Great play for a quick getaway. Good food, accommodations and excellent customer service.
The resort is nice, room was excellent. A little smokie for us, but it's a casino so. We ate in the 19 restaurant. Food and service was excellent. Great get away location. We will be back.
First time here from Columbus Ohio. We were going to go to Hollywood lawrenceburg but they don't have a spa so hubby surprised me with Belterra for a more relaxing time. Very nicely decorated for the holidays. Has a Vegas feel. Enjoyed our time very much. The spa would be better with a nice tranquil waiting area with spa like music. My hot stone massage with Lucarroll was wonderful. We will come back again.
Overall very good front desk was thoughtful due to my needs. Spa experience was very nice. Had dinner the first night at the 19 great food and service. second night dinner at buffet. Casino was good and the smokng wasn't to bad. My only dislike was I was looking for some comps for buffet, since I had two nights at full freight, spa experience, dinner two nights, which was all charged to room and gambled in casino {slots and blackjack), I did not say lost since the Poker Room was in the giving spirit. Going on new year's Eve and staying the night for the first time
We always have a great time at Belterra! They have multiple great places to get good food. My husband and I always have a load of fun while at the Resort!!
Belterra is one of my favorite Casino they are nice to you and have good food have a lot of different slots I like to play.
Over all a really nice place to visit. Been to the casino several times over the years. Last night was the first time my husband an I stayed over night an definitely plan on staying again soon.
Very nice priced pretty good I'm sure I will go back on personal time and not at work expense will enjoy it much better
