Our first room smelled of weed for a non-smoking room. They did not apologize and were rude about changing the room. The room service food was not good. The shower head was even to my face and I'm 5'6". Restaurant food was bad with bad service. I would never stay again. If I go back it's for the good spa experience I had and some okay gambling experience.

It's my 2nd time here this year. My husband and I love it here. The rooms are always clean and very nice, food is wonderful and the staff has always been very helpful and personable. Hope to come back before the end of the year!

Absolutely loved our suite with the huge jacuzzi tub!! We had so much fun and it was so memorable. The staff was extremely nice and helped make our night so awesome!

Celebrated my Birthday here and had a great time. We used the pool and hot tub and we're so glad it was still open and warm. I was so glad you could still smoke here, it's so hard to find that anymore. No screaming children was an added bonus! It's nice to still find an adult getaway when you need it. Thank you for making my Birthday Trip one to remember!

The staff are so rude...when we walked in to the stores...not one but all of them, they never even acknowledged we were there. And we were the only ones shopping!!! Word to the wise...when you have people spending that much to stay here...at least acknowledge them!!!
