I am very pleased about our visit to hotel, casino, and buffet with the exception of the "My Choice customer service" . The ladies who waited on us in one word... RUDE..I felt like we were nothing but a bother to them . Apparently validating a voucher is extremely difficult considering the attitude that we received about doing it. I was in a group of four couples and we all got to experience their happiness on helping us . Will not stay here again. Asked for no smoking but the entire floor we were on smelled like cigarette smoke. It's a pet friendly hotel, I love dogs, but not little dogs barking all day & all night because they've been left alone in a strange hotel room by their owners! If you're going to be pet friendly keep the people with pets all on one end of a wing, those of us with no pets don't want to hear it! I dont think it is right when you have 10 free stays a month and they only let you use them at certain times..like the fire works tobight the would not let me use my free room and its a monday...they only let u use them when its good for them

I want you to know I had the best steak ever at Club19, and the best service from Emily. Emily really takes pride in her job and explained that menu fully and believe me she knows what is being served. Emily is a very professional person and really an asset to your company. My husband Tom and myself received a wonderful Comp from Rebecca Souther to celebrate our birthdays. this brought us to Club 19. Not only is it a beautiful place with beautiful rooms, excellent food, gracious employees, and many, many slot machines to choose from! They also offer give-a ways in cash! For sure one beautiful place that has everything to offer, including gift shops! Our second home!
