Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing that needs attention is people that are smoking in non-smoking rooms. In our room it seemed to be coming through vent in bathroom. All else was good

All time fav, my husband and I go several times a year. Rooms are the best, always complimentary. Only real complaint is almost the entire casino is smoking, but that's the norm when your in a state that allows it. The sports bar has good food, but not always great service. Breakfast buffet is the best you'll get anywhere.

Hotel might be beautiful but I had a horrible experience here! Made 3 Day reservations at the hotel and when I got there it was messed up. The lady on the phone when I was making reservations told us that they had a heated pool that we could enjoy. Got there the pool was closed, whole family was upset at me. The hotel said they would look into the reservations I made in the beginning and they never got back to me while I was in the hotel. Smhh. The gambling odds were horrible. Stayed there on March 21, 2016. Found dirty needle, walet, and emty bottle of booze in room. Not impressed. Called and security came to room and removed items, never was offered a new room or anything to make up for the lack of cleaning housekeeping missed. Could at least compted dinner or given some free play to make up for that. We could have got stuck by that needle, luckily that didn't happen.

My friends and I just returned from Belterra. It wasnt a bad experience but there are a few things we were dissapointed with. My friends card was charged more than she was told but they didnt give her an explanation as to why it was more, only told it shouldnt have been Really. Stadium restaurant closed to early and people were literally kicked out with drinks in hand,standing outside the restaurant entrance while lights went out. Me and my girlfriend like that we can take my 8 month old to the buffet. It's 30 miles to Belterra Park or 90 miles to Belterra Resort and we enjoy coming out there to have a nice dinner. I want to thank Karen Smith at Belterra Resort for fixing an issue we had the last time we went. She was very helpful and sweet and hopefully sometime we can meet her and thank her in person!

I am really torn with my rating. We got tickets for Travis Trent for Christmas.. concert FANTASTIC venue for a concert GREAT. However wish there were restaurants out side of the casino because Beltarra's restaurants were way over priced for the food... also just because there is a concert no reason to raise your hotel room triple, over 300 dollars just because of a concert if I stayed a night when there was not a concert it would only be $99.... un called for.
