This casino ripped me of threw boost chatter, I referred hundreds of people to this place threw social media and I went to redeem my hotel stay and I was informed that I wasn't important enough to get a room when I tried to reserve it! for all of you planning to be there for #Belterra Casino they may or may not let you redeem your points

My husband and I have been Belterra members since it first opened. We enjoy this casino in The Tri State area the most. Unfortunately due to my husbands health issues we can't come there as often. We will be there as often as we can

After a 2 hour drive, we finally get there! Only to have a incompetent security guard deny my ID. ( I am well over 21, the legal gambling age) after I requested her supervisor, my ID was found to be valid, and it was a software problem on their part! I was not the only one that had to go to "secondary security" to have this issue resolved. FIX YOUR SOFTWARE or employ someone who has the brains to troubleshoot said problems!

I been to this Casino regular always have a good time and enjoy the food. I must say tonight was the first time in the years I been coming that any worker has ever approached me to ask if I was having a good time. This nice lady found me a second time and bought me some chocolate. How nice was that? Her name is Amy Saint in slots. Thanks Amy!!!

I REALLY ENJOY VISITING BELTERRA CASINO RESORT BECAUSE THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE, THE CASINO IS FUN & THE FOOD IS GREAT!!! THE MOTEL ROOMS ARE BEAUTIFUL! (I HAVE TO DRIVE THREE HOURS TO GET HERE BUT, IT IS WORTH THE TIME & EFFORT!)

Beautiful ~ rooms very nice/clean. Staff friendly & helpful. They honored our Free breakfast buffet coupon for lunch. As for the Casino' need to update their slots; a few the lights were burnt out & wiggled before stopping. Loosen up~ my max hit was 85.00 not too many winners .. Overall Experience nice

My husband and I were this past weekend. Our second visit. The first time we only ate at the Sports bar. Food was good but service was terrible. This time we enjoyed the live Black Jack tables. Dealers were good and friendly. Slots are way too tight. Drinks way to high priced for people spending a lot of money gaming.
