I have a service animal that just so happens to be a cat and not a dog and since they have never heard of that I must be a lier and they refused to allow her on the boat I showed them a federal website that shows that they are breaking a federal law but all they had to say is you can file a complaint will they are going to get more then a complaint I'm going to sue them for the way they treated me and for breaking a federal law if I went around comiting felonies I would be in prison but they think they can an nothing come of... read more

We were there for the Air Supply show...They were Amazing!!!❤..Please ask them to come back!!!!!!..the concert venue was really nice!. Our room was wonderful very clean..but the main casino not so great.....
Great resort overall, clean hotel, all resturants are good, casino is clean and fun they change machines fairly often so there are always some new machines. Great shops and VIP lounge has great snacks and desserts as well
The food is great! The rooms are fabulous!! Everyone has been super nice from the cleaning staff to the front desk. Wish the slots weren't so tight though! Wow its not even fun when u loose instantly.
This is my wife and I Silver anniversary and 2nd one in a role we will spend at Belterra it's always fun.
Stayed over night at Belterra New years eve. Have to admit I was a bit skeptical over the circus theme. Wow was I ever wrong. It was the most fun filled night ever, it had something for everybody. Hats off to Sue Ascanio and the entire Belterra staff for such a wonderful job.
