Been coming here since the day they opened. Place is going down hill. Went to check in today and was treated terrible man was very rude. Reserved 2 bed room said they only had 1 bed rooms . i said there is 4 of us he said to bad. Got to room it was filthy . went to the pool they were out of towels and pool was filthy. Packed up and going home . think we will start going elsewhere

We Love the Belterra....We have a wonderful hostess Stephanie that set us up for my birthday week-end. The rooms were great, food was excellent & the Casino was Rockin' Had an awesome time couldn''t have asked for any better. ***** Thank You :)

We stayed here for our 28th wedding Anniversary and was upgraded to a king suite with jacuzzi tub. Oh my word!!! Beautiful, Peaceful, food was great ! Just a few little incidents with housekeeping ugh. But all in all 4.5 Stars
