I travel about 10 hours to get to Belterra. I have always had a clean room, good food , pleasant staff in housekeeping with no issues. The reception has always been courteous and friendly and public areas always clean. I enjoy the casino and its gaming. No problems there either, from cocktail personnel to cleaning staff I have never experienced rudeness, always a smile. Maybe this is so since I smile at others and have positive attitude that I enjoy spreading. Way to go Belterra, keep it up.

It's a awesome hotel. My mom works there also. I have seen Alice Cooper there and it was a bad ass show Belterra needs to book Alice there again this year or next. Luv it to death a very clean and beautiful place.

We had a nice time there recently. Our room was very nice! We ate at the sports bar, since we weren't hungry enough for the buffet or an expensive meal. The food was pricey, but quite good. Service in all areas was efficient and friendly. The casino itself was a little dirty, but not too bad. We did have an issue with one machine that was never addressed. We turned on the service light, but no one responded. All in all, we had a good time.

I worked there during the Grand Opening... Amazing place to work, if not for choosing nursing school... I'd still be there! Enjoy!! Be safe & win lots of money!!!
