Pretty disappointing experience just now with customer service guys... I called to book a golf package and found a very confused rep on the other side of the line, as if she was unaware these packages existed. After being put on hold for a bit, she came back and asked when I'd like to stay. After sharing the date I was told it was full, but looking at the online booking site I can see plenty of "classic" rooms available for the night in question, which is what the package includes. last time i stayed at Belterra i received a room with no refrigerator, we have always had one before, was told it was now $2 extra per night to have one. Since my companion is a diabetic it was lucky we brought a cooler

Feels more like a resort here instead of just a casino. Love the atmosphere and friendly staff.
