I made reservations for a non smoking room and when I arrived all they had was smoking rooms. When I ask why since I made a reservation, I was told that the reservation only holds a room. I was told that they would spray the room if it smelled. What a shock the room stinks. The first person that came to spray the room sprayed water and it took him over an hour to show up. Since the next closest hotel is located 20 miles away they don't care about service because they know that you really can't go anywhere else.

Belterra is the only casino I hadn't been to so I decided to celebrate my birthday there last night. Not only was I disappointed with the slot pay outs and lack of rewards for money spent but they didn't have the table game I most enjoy- 21/3. The lower level restroom was closed and the waitress acted like my wife should obviously know to go up a deck to find one. Very rude.
