We love to stay at Belterra. The rooms are very nice. I love the buffet lots to choose from. I miss the Aquarium, I just loved eating and watching the fish.

Excited to be back at Belterra soon! ...My wife and I stay here all the time and did this past weekend for her Birthday. I must say that the stay was enjoyable (Room, Pool, Customer Service, Golf, Dining). However, to enjoy all these things and ALWAYS LOSE in the casino makes the trips here NOT WORTH COMING. Slots too tight...never can find a decent Blackjack table & always trying to use as few dealers and tables as possible. Hotel sucks. The pool and hot tub closes at 9, The majority of the staff is rude, the bath will not hold water and the water takes forever to warm up. For the looks and price of this hotel I was very disappointed and won't come back.
