I am a preferred customer. And I wont be back to Belterra. Over the years they have change a lot. They are to many casinos. That wants your business I don't feel Belterra does. It's sad because Belterra was a great place at one time. For example I was comp a room I ask for a non-smoking room. Six weeks in advance. And I was told they move me to a smoking room due to I was not a paying customer. This told me the reward program was not a reward at all.

I lost my golf gps unit at the golf course. Great news. I recently spoke to Ty the golf shop manager at Belterra, unfortunately he was unable able to locate my gps device. However, Belterra is going to replace my unit with a newer model. Thank you Belterra for stepping up and providing great customer service.

I went there this past weekend when they was giving away the money and the big jackpot... The Stadium has the best food and their prices are reasonable and love the "beer tower"... Out of all the casinos, Belterra is the best by far.. Great getaway place...

Fun place, like a little bit of Vegas here at home. Also great shows, food etc.
