I am a travel reviewer and have covered Belterra in reviews for years. I have NEVER known them to have any rodent issues. The ONLY issue, which used to happen a lot, was hair in the hottubs.

The casino is good but we ate at the Stadium tonight and the service was horrible. The appetizer came out with our meal. Our drinks were not refilled until we found someone. We flagged a server down and asked for refills. I asked who our server was and he seemed to not know. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. I told him everything was horrible. He said he would comp our appetizer. They have closed the back section so this leaves very few tables available.
