I recently visited here while one of my out of state friends was visiting (I live I ohio, he lives in michigan). Him nor I had been to this location so figured we'd give it a try. After an hour and a half drive, the only friendly employee we encountered was the gentleman checking id's at the entrance. Before playing a machine, i decided to get a drink. Extremely disappointed with our stay. It was especially disappointing as it was a kind of a Christmss present to ourselves. The staff were inconsiderate and rude. The blackjack dealer was unprofessional and started an argument with my husband regarding the members running for president. Then the casino host was an unbelievable, unprofessional jerk(for lack of another word). I have recommended this hotel to so many people and will never do it again. I come to Belterra quite often. Not so much this year for various reasons but the last two days have been awesome! Great suite, good food and lots of gambling. Not a winner, but was fun the whole time. It's my place to get away!

Love it, great food from Stadium,The Buffet even the even the snack shop in the casino has good food. Have never had much if any luck in the casino but still have fun trying. Not a high roller but still get treated well. Hotel rooms always clean and tidy. Would love to give the 5th star but the lack of an indoor pool kept me from doing so. But overall love the casino and will be back soon.
