My husband and I come here every year for our anniversary. Always have a great time! Everyone is friendly and hotel room is always very clean. We may not win lots of money but we have a great time. We are heading that way again soon for our Anniversary!

My boyfriend and I have been going to Belterra for almost a year now and have enjoyed our visits. All the staff are very polite and courteous. We usually book our stay for a night or two and enjoy our weekends to the max. I would recommend Belterra to all my friends and family!!

Stayed there last night for my daughters birthday, dinner buffet was just ok, I didn't think it was worth the price, lots of food choices looked like they had sat there for a LONG time, but breakfast buffet delicious , & the hot tub in the spa fantastic, thanks belterra for everything.

Until today I would have rated this establishment 4.5. I attempted to use my "complimentary " stay reward only to be told there is availability but it will be $139.

Visiting the casino, it had been advertised as having a non smoking casino section, that turned out to be a living room sized "closet" seemingly shunned from the "others" and at times even had smokers in it, absolutely makes a non smoker feel unwelcome, slot machines weren't very well organized, penny slots were beside dollar slots and such, instead of in sections. Rooms were decent but wouldn't recommend this to anyone when you can drive a hour further to Cincy to the horseshoe casino.
