I live in Ohio and used to love to come visit! But I no longer get hotel/casino offers so its much easier to go to a casino close by

I will never return here again been stuck here since 6:54 now I'm going on 11 and telling us it's going to be 3 to 4 hours before we get out of the parking lot not my fault someone killed himself in the parking lot I want to go home great people in valet parking there they took good care of me

If you wanna lose it come to wonderful Belterra. Machines are tight 24/7 365 days a year. Live 5 minutes away, going to start driving an hour to Hollywood! Well worth it there.

My boyfriend took me for my birthday and the room was lovely but the Service was horrible we went to eat at a restaurant call the Stadium and the girl that was checking you end was rude she didnt look up and when she finally did she didnt greet us she just said its a 20min wait when we got seated my food was good until I cut into it and their was a receipt under it there went my appetite i went to guest service and talk about being very rude he should not be a host the only ones that were nice were front desk and the people ... read more

Of the hotel/casinos in a 100 mile radius, Belterra is the best by far! The staff take pride in their jobs! I guess that's why they aren't going bankrupt.

Staff was very rude my last several times. I've given them several chances and nothing has gotten better. I even had a room n left before morning

I am here now came in at 11 pm last night I play table games and little slots, this is my first time coming here I can say never again and here why! 1) table's I play closed done 1-hour after I got here so all the other tables where full, went and had a beer at the bar played poker for a while, no one talks here checking their watch and talking to each other waiting to leave! 2) wanted to get a extra room but couldn't because I only ordered one room,(2-beds) because the couple I was with (I'm single) was traveling with me fr... read more
