The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Was very comfortable. I didnt like thr indoor smoking though and for the price i just feel like some sort of breakfast should be provided.

I visited for a concert and saw little of the resort besides the Center Stage showroom. It's a good size for a show, and the sound is terrific. But the bar in the back corner was a bit distracting, and the nearly constant flow of people up and down the aisle was annoying.

My son and i stay at Belterra whenever he has a couple days off school and we always have a great time.

I used to like coming to this Casino but the last couple of times have been unpleasant. The staff is rude, and unwilling to try to accommodate you. They have made us feel like we are bothering them the last two times we have visited. We love gambling and the shows here, but we may just go back to Jack's because they are much more pleasant and they seem like they truly want you to have a nice experience and stay. I'm disappointed in Belterra.

No hot water in the room. And when we told the front desk, they started with excuses and arguing. Bathroom needed swept. Buffet was poor, selection for Italian night wasn't much and not very hot.

The room is awesome and everything is great there if I wasn't so intoxicate I would remember a lot of things but I had a blast with friends!!!
