I have been to a lot of casinos in Indiana! Belterra is by the far the best casino I've ever been too. The rooms are very nice and the casino is awesome. When I walked in it felt like I was at a casino in Las Vegas! The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you 5☆☆☆☆
Had a problem with our buy one get one free breakfast buffet coupons, went to find out what was wrong, the man at the cage Silas was extremely rude, this is not the first but the second time he has treated me this way. Everyone at Belterra has always been nice and has went out of their way, but he always seems to have some sort of an attitude problem, as if he is not happy with his job or to be at his job, really makes for poor customer service and experience. Great visit at Belterra last night. Hotel receptionist did a fantastic job of registering all the NASCAR team members who all arrived around the same time last evening.
