I came here for my anniversary and i have to say thank you they upgraded me to a sweet and it was amazing workers are always so friendly i just want to say thank you me and my husband had a amazing time

Good morning ! First off I would like to say that your property is stunning . When my girlfriend and I spotted the hotel from the dam, we were in awe. We arrived around 830is Indiana time, promptly headed to check in . The team members at the hotel desk were excellent. They were funny and we had a good time introducing ourselves. I guess they have never had a river city team member come there . Nonetheless they deserve some praise. My best description is the gentleman was ...Continue Reading

Thank you for a very enjoyable weekend. My husband and I were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is nice and friendly. We will definitely be back😊Food was great too!!

First time visit to here. Usually go to the grande. The room was immaculate . Pleasantly suprised to have a smoking room too. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean . The towels were of higher standard . Found it a little bizaare to dind the coffee machine in the bathroom though. Food at the restaurent buffet was good depending on what you selected but not well labelled. Restaurent staff were of a low standard imo . Went to eat at 19 Steak & Seafood. The food was great and got an excellent customer service. Actually, got a free birthday cake from them. Thank you to all the staffs, enjoyed my stay.
