They where having computer problems and it seemed half the machines where down and the ones that where working would not print a cash out voucher. And I got tired of waiting for an attendant and left 10 in a machine. The main reason I went that night was for the v I p holiday dinner. I was disappointed with the food it was not very VIP. It was more of just regular buffet food. To be honest the food in the VIP lounge looked better wish I would have eaten there instead.

The place is terrible. The staff is so rude. I don't know how you can find that many rude people in one place. I was there for a work Christmas party and the food consistently gets worse every year. Several other people that were in our group had the same experience. It was so bad that at one point it became a topic of conversation. If the company I work for has our annual Christmas party there again I'll stay home. It's not worth the long drive to be at a place like this. Never again!!

Visited for the first time this weekend for a concert. Sat on the upper level in the first row. Did not love those metal wire things that obstructed the view...show was still good. The sports bar service was very good as well as the food! Reasonably priced. Was VERY surprised that we had to pay for alcohol while gambling. Definitely a negative. Rooms were overpriced. $300 for one night!?! Yikes! Did not like the smoke either...even smelled like smoke in the nonsmoking room we were in.

My husband and I really enjoy this place, it has a very attractive horse track and patio such a wonderful atmosphere some of the most friendliest staff ever.

Great place. Good sports bar, great steak house,really good buffet,and awesome casino. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at the Belterra Resort many times and have always had excellent service, a clean room and very courteous and friendly staff. The gift shops offer a great variety of merchandise and the restaurants offer a wonderful variety of foods and atmospheres. When you put that together with the Casino and the Spa you are sure to have a good time while you are there.

We took my 83 year old Mother to eat at the buffet and play a little on the boat. Had a awesome time and promised Mother we would try and come once a month since she had so much fun! If there was one thing to change it would be have one floor (probably bottom) as non smoking � and loosen up the slots�

We had a non smoking room but we could smell smoke on our room. The room was nice but the smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance to cover the smoke was overbearing. The casino is very smoking too. Service great throughout our stay just can’t stand the smoke.
