I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. It was a special weekend for us. I paid a lot of money for a not so special room. We had brought water bottles with us and went go put them in the room refrigerator. It was hot and we could see the motor in the back was frozen up. A little disappointed! Visited today and received a Buffett voucher for $40.00. We decided to play first and then eat. Went to the Buffett at 2:30 and was informed they were closed and would reopen at 5:00. We were going to have a late lunch early supper and then go home. I went to the member services/guest service desk. To see if it could be used another time or restaurant. No, sorry! It expires today and no other restaurants except the voucher. We recently stayed at The Belterra for my birthday and I wanted to like it so badly, but one thing after another made this small getaway turn into a nightmare trip. Upon arriving to our "deluxe" room we found the mini fridge was broken and the tv would not turn on. Our hot water in the jacuzzi tub wouldn't get hot either. We did have a good time in the casino and still a nice quiet night away from the kiddos! Then came the next morning... This was the first casino I’ve been to as I just turned 21 on January 21st. Me and my wife stayed Sunday night in a deluxe king room. The room was nice and clean. Plenty to do in the resort, and many different options for food. The casino was great. They where very nice to me and my wife and I stepped out of my comfort zone and played craps and they where pleased to walk me through on playing! Lost a little money on the craps table but had a blast doing it!!!

Just spent a fun night there. Very nice rooms and great buffet (breakfast is the best). Only complaint is how smoky the casino is. Didn't stay long.

We had so much fun at Sara Evans concert and more fun at the bar with the band last night! Stayed at Ogle Haus for price. Carpet needs replaced but great bed and front desk staff was very nice. Red van service was very difficult after evening was over and we were not the only people waiting and complaining.

The Belterra is a great place to enjoy yourself and relax. My husband and I reserved a room for the night and it was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend making a trip there!

The best bedding! I go for the comfortable rooms and the food! Outstanding customer service as well!
