Made a reservation for a luxury King smoking room almost 2 months in advance and I get here and I get a King classic.. What is the point in making reservations if your not going to uphold the reservation... I won't be back

We have been going to Belterra since they opened. A couple of times each year. Every time we enjoy their buffet which is so delicious and our room is always clean and quiet. The machines are fun and pay enough to play on for hours.

We stayed overnight and didn't have any hot water and they told us that they talked to maintenance and no one else on that floor had any issues and that they would pretty much have it looked at after we checked out. We were really tired and inquired about staying again and that they could come fix the water once we woke up. She told me $379 for the night when 3 hrs prior she told me it would be $179 if I wanted to stay again. I asked why the price jumped $200 in 3 hrs and she said the rooms were in high demand. We had a great time at Belterra , but upon check out , our friend stayed across the hall #924 ,and we were in #923 ...and the difference in price was $50 higher for ours , handed the rep the keys to check aout and inquired about why there was a substantial difference in the rate ,for the exact same rrom. .. and she said we used different codes when booking...I asked her to switch the rate and she ebasically told me SOL ...hmm.Not great customer service ....

We only go for the crab legs, the casino's is nasty, old and ran down. If you like sitting in a Smokey bar then you will like this casino. Put some table games in the no smoking area. Hate sitting next to old chain smokers all night. We have been 5 times to the buffet but wont walk on the boat.

I actually WON some money here. Most places are so rigged you can win anything. But almost all the machines I played, I won something!! Plus the crab legs were AMAZING!!!
