We had a wonderful dinner and the Elvis Tribute was fantastic. The casino so full of smoke you choke otherwise awesome visit.
Love Belterra!! I come at least 3-4 times a year. The staff is so very friendly. More often than not I'm a big winner!!! Great bartenders! Great food! Great times!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We booked for a girls weekend. When we arrived, we got situated in our room and went down to the buffet. It was nasty to say the least. So very disappointed in belterra last night � we drove an hour in a half to enjoy a nice dinner with my family. We ate at the buffet, 1st I was expecting crab legs and didn’t realize they changed that to Friday’s only 2nd everything was SO dirty 3rd the food was super dry and hard �� 4th the lady at the fish station was eating fish as she was cooking ours � She thought that turning around would help but it was obvious what she was doing. Everyone there treats you like family and we always have a fantastic time there.
I have contacted Belterra 3 times about my last visit and no one ever returned my email or call. We reserved a King room at their Ogle Haus location, and upon arrival in our room and saw it was 2 Queens we were told our room was given away. While we were there we asked to speak to a Manager and was told they would have one speak to us, and then they never did. Bad business practice which reflects on Belterra as a whole. We were celebrating our Anniversary and birthdays. Big disappointment.
This was my first time here. The roon was nice, but over priced. The bed was like sleeping on a board. Had a couples massage and my fiancee enjoyed hers amd mine was awrful. I hurt more when she was done. Not sure I want to go back.
