My husband and I stayed at Belterra September 9th to celebrate our wedding weekend. Ami at the front desk was amazing! There should be more like her in customer service. Even got a complimentary brownie from Nosh and it was the best brownie I’ve ever had. My one complaint is with the Stadium Sports Bar and Grill. We always order a pretzel with cheese to take back to he room after we gamble a little, they are usually amazing. My husband and I were on a Day Date and ended in a wonderful day and evening Met some wonderful people and the dealers were amazing and nice !
Had a great time and enjoyed the food presto show. Came back to the room about 3 AM with the air-conditioner not working. Call front desk and within 10 minutes they have a maintenance guy up to address the issue and Got it up and going. I will be Back.
Can’t wait to go back.
