Great staff would like to send the BIGGEST THANK YOU to the staff member who went above and beyond when we arrived on Sat.Nov 17,2018 I stepped out of my car dropped my phone in the sewer grate I was sick thinking I had lost it pictures of my mother who passed in 2017 one of the workers took a ladder went about 9ft down there laid my phone on a ledge dry this is what customer service is about
I love to stay at Belterra. The rooms are beautiful. the people that work here have all been very friendly. I have stayed here several times and never been disappointed
Me and wife drove almost 2hrs to come check out your casino there was a bunch of machines out of service and every time we cashed out of a machine no other machines would take our ticket it kept saying ticket tilted we would have to walk all the way up to the top to cash out our ticket I don't know if the woman at the cashier booth was getting tired of seeing me or what but she was very rude and unprofessional about it believe me I'd rather not have to cash out my ticket every time I cashed out of a machine other than that i... read more
