Everything about Belterra, and I do mean EVERYTHING has been top-notch. Will definitely make it an in-state destination when looking for a weekend getaway !

I use to love coming here but lately the casino has been disgusting. The buffet has gone down hill and outrageously priced. This place sucks. Period.

Called before we drove an hour and half....yes we are open...get there and you are closed?? I have not been to your casino in years and will probably never try again! Unless you guys wanna make this right since you obviously lied to me!?! Which i doubt you will do!

My Girlfriend treated me to what I was expecting a very good massage for my 55th Birthday on Feb 28th. I've had a few massages in my life and this was probably the worse one I've ever had. I didn't feel relaxed when I left, neither did she as she got one too. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon nor can I recommend your spa/ massage to anyone. you'd think for $150 + tip we would of walked out of there feeling refreshed but that didn't happen. WE ate at the buffet which was excellent.

I never write reviews, but this poor experience was horrible to say the least. We arrived to the casino only to find out that $200 spa credit was no good because you had to schedule an appt. weeks in advance (which we were never told) next we gambled LOTS of money on Sunday night went to bed, in a stinky room, got up the next morning ate breakfast (food was good so not a total loss) and said to my husband let’s go hit the slots up one more time! Well my husband and I tried to get away this weekend and ventured down to belterra! Was very excited about this trip! Didnt go as great as expected! First off our water did not get hott! I got in the shower and had to take a cold shower which was not fun! Even after my shower my husband had to take a cold shower and it was turned as hott as possible! My husband surprised me with a trip to Belterra for my 40th birthday this weekend. He even had them put a cake in our room! Red Velvet, my favorite and it was sooo good. We had a fantastic time. The room was great, the staff were great and the casino was soo much fun! IF I had any complaints it would be the buffet didn't quite meet my expectations. It was good, just not great. Horrible experience! Worst slots and gaming experience in the state of Indiana! Ticket kiosks were not working properly, very old dark lit casino, smelled musty! Will never go back again! Not worth the drive or frustration!
