Bellco sent me a letter stating that I had a delinquent account. I had not used this account in months, so I had to go to my account to find out what the issue was. I saw a 12 cent balance, which is too low to pay online. I called Bellco 5 times (immediately starting after receiving the letter) and kept getting messages that I was not able to be connected to a representative. I have been with the company since I was 16 I'm now 27. I have had multiple loans through them. Car, CC, Personal everything!!! I can not get help anywhere customer service is not-existant I really hate to leave them after so. long but they left me with no choice.

I would give 0 stars too if it was an option. I'm 55 with a long line of credit and this is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life. I'm seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the BBB regarding their customer service. They shouldn't be in business as far as I'm concerned. Calling them a joke is an understatement. All i want to do is make my car payment each month and they make it impossible. You have to chase them down each month. Its a circus nightmare.

WORST COMPANY AROUND! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Their "customer service" is a joke. Their phone representatives are ignorant and beyond rude (every single time, every single month). They deliberately sit on your payment so that you will be charged a late fee. We only know this because we can't make phone payments and their online system does not work either. Even if you are desperate for a loan FIND ANOTHER OPTION. They have been an absolute nightmare since day one.

This company is such a joke when it comes to customer service!! They don’t even deserve one star! We have been with this company unfortunately for 2 1/2 years now, not once have I ever called in and it has gone smoothly, or I didn’t get disconnected or they actually help me with what I was calling for! Waste of another hour of my time dealing with these people and they still can’t take a **** payment! And I get disconnected at the 40 minute mark what a joke! I would honestly give 0 stars, if at all possible as they are quite possibly the most difficult institution that I've dealt with. My car was in a wreck and deemed a total loss on 10/4/19. My insurance company has been trying to get a letter of guarantee for since 10/22, but have not received it after multiple requests. This letter is required to provide the payoff check for the vehicle. BELLCO IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! My husband and I just bought 2 new cars and the dealer financed through BellCo. 3 weeks before the payments were due, I filled out their archaic "Auto-Pay Form" through Docusign and received email confirmation the next day that our automatic payments were successfully completed and set-up in the system. 10 days before the payment was due, I signed up for online banking and did not see my payment account listed, nor did I see the scheduled payments. 8.99% for 6 years on a vehicle. They are professional predatory lenders. I cannot find my loan documents on my profile. If you are late on a payment and then cover the late fee on your next payment, they do not deduct that amount, IF you pay online. You have to call and verbally state that the extra amount goes to the late payment... If you do not call them then they tack the late fee on your payoff amount. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Here I was using my ledger thinking I paid the late fees and nope...
