Terrible service. Huge lack of organizational protocol. Fraudulent transactions without anyone being held responsible or even given an explanation as to why they withdrew double the amount of my loan payment. Nobody knows anything. Calls transferred from one person to another, having to repeat my problem several times. Lack of efficiency. They are not able to send me a copy of my paid in full receipt that they sent to a third party company because it’s their policy.
Worst financial institution I’ve ever been apart of and I came from Wells Fargo. The one star rating is fitting. Answer your phones and get rid of the call back feature if you’re not actually going to call anyone back. I’ve been waiting for 6 different call backs for a week and a half.

This has to be the worst experience. Auto loan theu Bellco. Due to error on paperwork a double payment was taken out for two months. Finally thought we resolved the issue but nope. Again a double payment taken from my chase account making me negative. Since Bellco can’t put the money back in my account I had to wait for a check. Got the check and no one will cash it. I've had terrible experiences with my auto loan. You can't pay online and setting it up is difficult - mail a check, they don't receive, you get a default notice. 3 year later my loan has now ended, I returned the car and called Bellco to ensure my account was closed and up to date, then I get a letter in mail from their Collections Department. Bellco has been a fine institution for decades but recently the customer service is a miserable failure! Had a recent problem with my IRA RMD and it it took 3 visits to a branch and 12 messages in their Message Center to get the problem resolved. My sister is now dealing with them to get a gross error on her credit card accounts; they cancelled and reissued the wrong card. this was done due to a fraud situation on one of her cards. Do NOT USE this credit union for anything! Online banking for Auto lease payments does not exist. You have to mail your payments to them. They are an unscrupulous low end organization! Customer service continues to mis-manage my auto lease payments, they enter my payments incorrectly, threaten to report me to the credit bureau (for their errors) and keep hanging up on me when I call to ensure it's corrected. Bellco is a JOKE all around !!
DON'T USE BELLCO! They will take your money and hold it hostage, demand more, and ruin your credit. Horrible company My husband and I got a car loan through Bellco a few years ago. During the length of our loan, I set up automatic payments from my bank to be sent on the day that I get paid (the 15th of each month) even though our payment date was the 13th. Do not do any banking or loans through this credit union. My husband and I had a car stolen and were told numerous times that we only had to make one payment and then our gap claim would cover the rest. To our knowledge our account was closed. We were told many of times we did not need to make any more payments I cannot state that enough. Today we found out that not only is our account still open, but we have a late fee on top of a payment we did not know about.
