I can only speak for the Parker Branch but the manager is not very knowledgeable or helpful. I have been with them on a fraud issue for several months with no resolution.

Bellco was who I was set up with for my auto loan through the dealership, I should have done some research before agreeing. My biggest frustration is that nothing is accessible online, you can't view your account, your amount owed, and it's very difficult to get a live person on the phone. You're asked for a pin number...I was never given a pin number and since I can't access anything online or speak to someone on the phone its a vicious cycle. I've been a member of Bellco for around 15 years and overall have had a fairly good experience. However, my experience below was extremely dissatisfying: I'm writing this review because fairly recently Bellco's credit card processing system was changed to eZCard and it has caused me several problems. I have had an auto loan through BellCo for just about 3 years. This actually was processed by the dealership I bought my vehicle through. The loan originally was supposed to go through my credit union where I was already a member. However, I'm not one to raise a fuss, it was a credit union I could do shared branch banking with. After researching the concerns expressed by our member, the information the member received regarding this letter is correct. The letter was sent to her by mistake, and we apologize. This incident in no way impacts her credit or her standing with Bellco. Please note, although the letter was sent by mistake, the wording of the right-to-cure letter is required by Colorado law.
I had my car load with Bellco Credit Union. I traded my car in for a new Toyota at one of the local Toyota dealerships. Upon checking my account on 2/06/18 I discovered the loan had a remaining balance of $31.59. Apparently the full amount was not submitted by the dealership to pay off the entire balance. I called Bellco on Saturday, 02/10/18 and spoke with a representative who told me the remaining balance was $28.48 due to a slight over payment on the interest. Have been a customer over 8 yrs & have experienced Continuing problems. Errors made in reporting incorrect info to the IRS & transfer of funds from our IRA without our permission! We refinanced our mortgage & it to was a nightmare. Awful!!!

Please be very careful before doing business with Bellco. They seem to be masters at hiding fees and making things very difficult for customers to resolve. I had a bad experience and went online and saw many reviews with similar concerns. Perhaps they have protected themselves legally with fine print, but given all the similar complaints I saw I suspect that they have a pretty sophisticated system designed to mislead customers. BEWARE!

At the time of her loan closing, our member was made aware of Bellco’s fees. She also signed documents that acknowledged her responsibility to pay those fees. Bellco is not, nor ever has been, in the practice of hiding fees from our members. This is the worst bank I've ever gotten an auto loan from in my life. 10 minutes on hold every time you want to speak to someone. No option to see your payment history online. Constant tranfers on the phone when you do actually get to talk to someone. Generally bad experience.

Impossible to pay over the phone! You get hung up on a lot. I spent 3 hrs trying to make a payment on my auto loan! Can't get online to work at all and no one at the actual bank branch was willing to help since I was paying with my First bank account. Started at 12pm and was still on the phone trying until past 3:30pm. Still no luck! This is ridiculous. If a member is paying by check or cash, the member can bring the check or cash to one of our branches, or any of our Shared Branch locations.
