This is the first time I got a loan for a car( my first vehicle) and so they sent me information in the mail of forms to fill out and how to save a few dollars and not worry about paying late so i signed up for auto-pay. I sent my file in about 3 weeks before the payment was due, they never sent me a letter saying everything was set up. The absolute worst company to do business with. Would not take payment from me tried via email, and on-line web site. They reported my payment as being late, damaging my credit due to their mistakes and poor business practices. Do yourself a favor and pick any other finical organization to do business with.

Payments can be made at any of our 23 Denver Metro-area branches, through our shared-branching network, via Online Banking, or through the US postal service. Bellco carries our auto loan and we set up automatic monthly drafts to cover it. Bellco provided paperwork showing the first draft would occur on 12/1/16. They did not draft on that date and when asked why they said they did not set it up until1/1/17 and that we should immediately pay in order to avoid late fees. We paid by check in person at a local branch. We also cancelled the auto draft since Bellco cannot be trusted to draft payments on time. We have been with Bellco for over 7 years. In the branches, you have amazing customer service, smiling faces, and all around great service. Since we been with them for so long and been happy, we went to them for an auto loan. We received pre-approval at the 2.79% rate with stipulations that the car had to be 10 years of newer (from the underwriter’s mouth). During the pre-approval process for an auto loan, a certificate is provided to the member to take to the dealership. The certificate contains the loan rate and term for the loan, and is required to be provided to the dealership in order for Bellco to honor the terms of the pre-approval. When you go into any banking institution you expect a smiling face to greet you with how may I help you. That doesn't happen at Bellco. Every single time I have walked into this bank I walk out upset to say the least. This time, the teller just walked away without saying anything and went behind a door. Then the second teller gets done with the customer she was helping and she walks into the same room leaving me the customer standing there and no one to help me.
