Traveled 2 hrs to dealership to see a used red Jeep Rubicon, had high hopes after reading reviews ,looked great in pictures taken just right, got there not so much! Paint oxidized and coming off, wires bare and sparking under rear seat, bare wires hanging out of front of Jeep, rear main seal leaking and when we got back from test drive , the radiator was pouring water! Just had the greatest experience because of Malissa in Service Department. Recently made an appointment with another Chevy dealership to have my truck sit all day and never worked on. Called Malissa and not only did she get me scheduled for the next day, but kept me informed and had my truck fixed same day. Thank you so much!!
Professional and knowledgeable service team saved us on our trip through GA. We were having issues with our vehicle and they fit us right in spent 4 hrs to repair our vehicle and got us back on the road.
