My husband and I were on our way to Cocoa Beach from Indiana, when our service engine light came on in our Regal. I work for a dealership in Indiana, and thought that getting into a service appointment on Friday at 4 pm would be impossible. Great service department. I always take my vehicle here as they are courteous and prompt. I’ve never purchased a vehicle from them but will strongly consider it based on my experiences with the service department.
Terrible service department. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation in their so called quick lube. After two hours asked why it was taking so long. They said they had dropped a tool in my engine compartment. Then they told me they got it out and I was ready to go. Drove off and my steering wheel would not turn properly. Almost got into a wreck because my vehicle would not turn. Finally got it back and they said, oh we did not get the tool out, and it had fallen on my steering column and locked it up. Came for an oil change. Received a very friendly welcome and very fast service!
Been up there twice now to get a factory recall fixed and it's still not done. It's not even a part that they have to put on, all they have to do is hook up to computer . Both times I have been up there they have said they can't get a connection. Don't have a problem with the sales team but the service department is terrible. Planning on giving it one more try this week, if they can't get it done I guess I will be going to CRONIC CHEVROLET.
