I had a great experience with Chad Tyler at Bellamy Strickland. He found the vehicle I was looking for at another dealership, had it transferred to BS and delivered it to me! He ran the numbers w several different offers to make sure I was getting the best deal...and it was HASSEL FREE! I typically hate buying new cars...but Chad made it painless!
We were driving through Atlanta on our way back to Missouri, pulling a boat. In the middle of the highway our truck lost power. We started calling dealerships around. The first and closest dealership told us they could get to us in a few hours. We called Bellamy even though it was further away and Joneen with the commercial service told us they were 4 days out, but since it was emergent she'd hook us up and see if we were throwing a code. Don’t even want to give one star. I want to give negative stars. Sitting for 3 hours. FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND A CAR WASH. Come to find out, our car was done after an hour and no one notified us. We were sitting there for that long for no reason. Unbelievable. And, they didn’t even WASH the damn car!!!! We were sitting with another man, he came to get a car wash. They took his car back and tried to tell him about all these things wrong with his car when he was just there for a wash. And they didn’t even wash his car. Took him 2... read more
I have not personally purchased a car from this dealership but have been to over 6 dealerships this week and by far salesman, Mike Evans has been the best. His customer service is excellent!
