Don't ever take your vehicle to Bellamy Strickland if you have recall work to be done on your vehicle. My Saturn had recall repair work done and the part replaced came from the factory with a 30,000 mile extended warranty with NO time limit. So when the part broke again (20,000ish miles later) they are refusing to replace the part claiming that THEY only cover the work/parts for 1 year. I just purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra from them, I haven’t had it two weeks and it has developed an engine noise and a skip. I called the dealership and was quickly and rudely told that it was sold as is, and that it would be $100 for them to look at it. It was the worst customer service I have ever received from the sales manager. I would not recommend anyone I know to buy a vehicle here
