I had an appointment to get something fixed on my truck which was a recall! They told me to get there first thing Saturday morning at 8:00 when they opened and I did. To find out that their tech was not in and could be fixed. Never told me to reschedule or anything just said sorry we can fix it today.
Buying a new car is never easy or as fun as it sounds. We decided to trade for a more family type suv and after a very bad experience with one dealership we were felt very nervous about going to another. My husband spoke with Rodney moody over the phone and explained what we were looking to do and what are goal was, he went above and beyond to make it happen for us. At all times the dealership was upfront and honest with everything they were all very knowledgeable and most importantly made us feel welcome and comfortable.

My husband Sean Finally was able to get his first ever brand new vehicle with 16 miles today as we had so many problems with old 06 Pontiac G6. Great customer service by Sherry Whitaker while getting my oil changed on my Chevy silverado
The people I dealt with were nice, and my service advisor Sherry was very good, however, when I looked at the report, there was no indication of the measurements of the front and rear linings of the brake pads, just said “N/A” as If they were never looked at during my car’s service, which is alarming to see because I know GMs 25 point inspection states that those measurements are inspected.
